We have the pleasure of collaborating with a design studio situated in West London, seeking to expand their team by welcoming a middleweight interior designer. With a team of seven talented individuals, this studio is experiencing steady growth fuelled by an influx of residential and hospitality projects. They welcome candidates with expertise in FF&E or Interior Architecture, prioritising the seamless integration of the right individual into their dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the senior designers and the leadership team in creating designs and delivering presentations based on project deliverables. This can entail a range of tasks including developing designs, 3D modelling, rendering elevations, crafting mood boards, producing CAD drawings, conducting image research, and sourcing materials and furniture. You'll also assist in generating high-quality and timely sets of drawings, specifications, budgets, and reports under the guidance of a senior designer. Additionally, you'll play a key role in preparing construction document packages, attending and reporting on site visits, and managing task lists. Your participation in internal and external design meetings, along with your responsibility for typing and distributing meeting notes, will be crucial. 

Skills and experience:

• Having significant experience in high end, conceptually driven interior design projects.
• Demonstrated conceptual approach to design
• Experience building, nurturing, and fostering client and supplier relationships
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• Presentation skills
• AutoCAD
• Adobe CS experience particularly InDesign and Photoshop
• SketchUP would be advantage
