Sketch is collaborating with an emerging studio specialising in high-end residential projects for international investors, with a focus on quality and sophistication. They currently oversee more than 13 active projects, varying in scale, location, and style, all tailored to meet the standards of their discerning clientele.

With seven ongoing high-end residential projects in London and additional ventures in the Cotswolds and the South West, their portfolio encompasses diverse undertakings, including extensions, basement and loft conversions, and full-scale rebuilds. Often work includes listed buildings. They are also working on a coastal hotel currently. 

In response to their expanding scope, the studio seeks to internalise architectural expertise, seeking an adept architect experienced across all RIBA stages. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously yet seamlessly integrate within a close-knit team, adeptly managing multiple projects concurrently.

As an emerging firm, this presents an exciting juncture for professional and financial advancement (bonus on offer) The selected architect will collaborate closely with interior designers to craft bespoke schemes, ranging from £5 million residences in Southwest London to £15 million penthouse apartments in Mayfair and barn conversions in the Cotswolds.
