We are seeking an experienced and proficient Senior Technical Lead to join our client in central London.

They are an emerging studio working with prestigious clients in the commercial workplace sector with projects currently ranging from £3 - £20 million.

You will also need to display experience of technical detailing along with site experience of a large project through to practical completion.

Skills

Experience across all RIBA Stages, but with specific experience of Stages 3-6 for commercial/office projects and refurbishment
Ability to produce technical, co-ordinated drawing packages, associated scheduling.
Experience writing NBS specifications would be advantageous
Experience of managing a design team of external consultants and co-ordinating structural and MEP information.
A passion for producing interesting conceptual ideas, researching new materials and techniques, and innovative detailing
Enthusiasm, motivation, energy, and a sense of humour, strong awareness of current sustainability and ESG factors within the design and construction industry.
