3D specialist designer with an architecture background. Working on large scale hospitality projects in Turkey and Middle east.

Roles & Responsibility

- You will be focused on the design and development of signature design elements within the project.

- 3D detailing, rationalising and providing design options.

- Report directly to Project Architects and Directors.

- Liaise with project consultants and specialist fabricators to develop the feasibility of the design.

- Produce graphical representations of continual design development and detailing.

- Work in collaboration with internal and external visualisers.

- Create quick detailed 3D models and studies.

- Produce final presentation images in the form of renders, diagrams, exploded axonometric drawings and sketches.

Experience

- Have experience developing complex surfaces using Rhino 3d and Grasshopper software

- A comprehensive knowledge and awareness of contemporary materials, fixings, and structural systems.

- Previous experience converting digital 3D information for cost and fabrication.

- Previous experience in bespoke façade design and construction detailing would be preferable.

- Communicating design and construction detailing, both internally and externally to fabricators and contractors.

Skills

- Advanced 3D Rhino skills with a confident ability in Grasshopper.

- Use of Adobe design suite to produce detailed representation of digital ideas and development

- Autocad preferable but not essential

- Maxwell render preferable but not essential
