We are working with a large scale architecture and design practice in London who have a steady flow of work.
They are looking for a Masterplanner/Urban Designer to join a small but established team of Urbanists in the London studio of this AJ100 practice.
Projects range from masterplans for single building typology in central London through to 50 hectare brownfield sights across the UK.
It is most likely that the successful candidate will be RIBA part II qualified or part III qualified with a solid track record of working on developments in London and the UK. It is therefore essential that you are able to demonstrate your knowledge of the UK planning process. We are looking for someone who has 2 to 5 years experience, can lead internal and external teams, mentor juniors and manage clients and projects through to successful conclusions.
Excellent 2D & 3D CAD and DTP skills, as well as strong hand sketching abilities.
