About the Role
Architectural Technician/Technologist or Technical Architect
High end private residential
£45,000 - £55,000
We are working with a high-end residential architecture practice in Central London that is growing and delivering a varied pipeline of private client commissions. The studio is seeking a technically strong production architect/technician to prepare accurate, construction information and detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD across RIBA stages 3–5. The role includes setting out, producing construction details, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and supporting on-site implementation. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a solid understanding of construction methods and building regulations, strong communication skills for client and contractor liaison, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
It is essential that you have proven experience within the high-end residential sector to be considered for this role.
