I’m thrilled to be recruiting for this team once again as they seek an experienced Healthcare Architect to join their growing practice. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Directors of the Healthcare team, providing mentorship to junior team members while collaborating effectively with both internal and external project teams.

This position will focus on leading and managing acute, primary, and mental healthcare projects, ranging in value from £1 million to £25 million. It’s an excellent opportunity for a skilled architect looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Role: 
  

• Working with healthcare clients directly from briefing at the outset of projects through to RIBA Stage 3.
• Ability to oversee projects through technical delivery, construction, and handover.
• Taking overall responsibility for project delivery.
• Revit skills.
• Knowledge of health building notes, health technical memoranda, building regulations.
• Identifying potential issues on projects and working proactively to resolve them with the project design team.
• Co-ordinating the design team to provide a construction ready technical design package.
• Fee / Invoicing
• Managing delivery within a project fee.
