This is an exciting opportunity for an established Associate Director or an ambitious Associate Architect/Interior Architect to join a thriving, well-established central London practice and lead the interior architecture side of the business. Our client specialises in high-end private residential projects, including listed buildings for HNW clients, and they are seeking someone with extensive experience delivering similar projects.

The role is perfect for a professional looking for a fresh challenge, with the potential to progress into a Director and shareholder in the future. The ideal candidate will bring strong mentoring, programming, design, technical, and project management skills, alongside excellent client-facing experience. Confidence and the ability to lead projects independently are essential.

You will act as a right-hand to the Director, sharing responsibility for project leadership, client management, and team oversight. You will manage projects hands-on across all RIBA stages on prime central London schemes, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale private client projects from concept through to on-site delivery and handover.
