About the Role
Associate Director - residential and mixed use
Circa £65,000
EC London
We’re partnering with a London based architecture practice, a medium-sized company known for its expertise in medium to large-scale residential mixed-use projects. They are currently looking to fill a key position within their team.
This company handles a diverse range of projects, from 200-unit residential developments to those with 950 units. They are a design-focused commercial practice that works with clients across all RIBA stages. While their core strength lies in residential projects, they’ve also successfully ventured into commercial projects and are keen to expand in this sector moving forward.
Our client has requested discretion in this search, so I’m limited in the details I can share here. However, having previously worked with them on other opportunities, I can confidently vouch for their excellent reputation and strong appeal to job seekers.
They are seeking a well-rounded professional who is both client-facing and technically skilled. Proficiency in Revit is highly valued, as all projects are done in revit, so having the ability to manage Revit schemes is important, albeit you will not be using the program daily.
This role comes with significant responsibility, so strong communication and team leadership skills are essential. They will consider Associate level or someone already at the Associate Director level.
Rest assured that all documents and discussions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
