About the Role
Experienced Interior Designer - Bars and restaurants
£40,000 - £45,000 + Discretionary bonus
Central London and Hybrid
We are working with a hospitality specialist as they look to hire an experienced Interior Designer to join their tight knit team.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile company where you’ll take on significant responsibility and push yourself to gain a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry as a whole. You’ll have the chance to design environments that leave a lasting impact on customers, as the company often influences various elements, including music, OS&E, and even the menu. There will be plenty of client-facing interaction, giving you the opportunity to help shape the studio's culture and practices. Additionally, some project-related travel is included, offering further variety and growth.
If you thrive on hands-on experience in crafting exceptional hospitality environments and enjoy continuous learning and challenges, this could be an ideal opportunity for you. In addition to a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two remote, they offer the flexibility of 10 days working from anywhere in the world—perfect for extending your holidays while staying productive.
The Role:
This position is ideal for a dynamic designer who thrives on being involved in every stage of the design process. You’ll be joining a small, fast-paced team working on creative, international restaurant and bar projects from inception to completion. Your ideas and contributions will be valued and expected. With a variety of exciting projects across the hospitality sector, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of a growing team.
The role suits a self-driven team player with a positive, collaborative, and communicative mindset who is eager to continuously develop their skills. The company partners with passionate brands, clients, and entrepreneurs, bringing long-term visions to life.
