Experienced Architectural Assistant/Qualified Architect/Architectural Technologist
£32,000 - £42,000 or full time freelance 

WFH each week with the ability to travel into London for site visits. 
  
We are representing a boutique RIBA-accredited firm, established for over six years, specialising in high-end private residential projects in prime central London. Over this period, the company has experienced substantial growth, managing an impressive portfolio ranging from 15 to 26 projects at varying times. Presently, they are overseeing 15 projects, with five in active construction.

This firm has garnered a robust reputation and client loyalty, resulting in word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business. Their projects typically span 3,000 to 7,000 sq ft, with contract values reaching up to £4 million. Currently in expansion mode, they are seeking a confident and proficient team member, offering support for those pursuing RIBA qualifications. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team, providing substantial flexibility in working arrangements and the prospect to lead projects. Whether you are prepared to oversee smaller projects from the outset or aspire to grow into that role, our client manages projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring comprehensive involvement.

• High-end private residential experience is essential
• Highly proficient with ArchiCAD
• Experienced across RIBA stages
• Excellent detailing experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Trustworthy and a team player
• Ability to attend site visits in Central London 2 days a week
• Flexible working arrangements accommodating childcare and personal appointments
