Sketch has been approached by an exceptionally talented designer who built much of their career at one of London’s most acclaimed design studios before founding their own thriving studio.

Over the past few years, their studio has grown organically, supported by a small team of five, with projects continuously flowing in. They are now seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Project Lead to work closely alongside the founder (an approachable and aspirational creative) with the aim of shaping the studio’s next chapter.

This boutique design studio works across an impressive and ever-growing portfolio that includes Mews houses and prime London residences (up to 12,000 sq ft) along with boutique 10-bedroom hotels and guesthouses. Working with a multitude of clients, i can spotlight one of their major clients that has a huge portfolio London, the countryside in UK and New York

Projects are exquisitely curated and rooted in architecture, history, and timeless elegance. The team is passionate about natural materials, antiques, and custom furniture, creating interiors that are both refined and deeply personal.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing studio at a pivotal stage, taking on a key leadership role. You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, helping to lead projects from concept to completion and mentor more junior team members.

Key Requirements

• Personable, passionate, and extremely well-organised
• Proven experience working on prime residential projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages
• Strong all-round skill set: design, technical, and FF&E
• Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Estimac or similar
• Excellent knowledge of interior architecture, fabrics, antiques, and high-end furnishings
