Key Requirements:
- Personable, passionate, and highly organised
- Proven experience on prime residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages
- Strong all-round skill set in design, technical execution, and FF&E
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Estimac or similar
- Excellent knowledge of interior architecture, fabrics, antiques, and high-end furnishings
