Project Architect - high end residential 

We are partnering with a well-established design studio in central London, currently expanding due to a consistent influx of global projects and increasing client demand. Known for its collaborative culture, this studio delivers tailored, high-quality designs across private and commercial residential sectors.

We are seeking a Project Architect with experience across RIBA Stages 1-5, including strong planning expertise. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional, excelling both graphically and technically, and comfortable working through RIBA stages.

Our client works on a diverse range of high-end residential projects, from luxury homes with extensive basement works to 15-storey residential towers.

They are currently hiring for a 9-storey mixed-use development with underground parking. This project will involve both new-build and existing structures, presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, technically complex scheme. You will initially work on concept and planning stages, followed by later delivery stages under the technical lead.

Key Requirements

• Software skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, UK planning policies, and procurement methods
• Client-facing experience – excellent spoken and written English, strong communication, and organisational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a can-do attitude, able to take initiative and drive projects forward
