Senior Architect - High end private residential

We are working with a respected, design-led architecture practice that specialises in high-end private residential projects across London. They are seeking an experienced Architect with a solid background in the residential sector to join their growing team. The practice collaborates with both private clients and developers on bespoke schemes, many involving existing or listed buildings. 

This opportunity is ideal for a confident, articulate, and driven individual with proven experience running projects in a design-focused environment. 
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including the ability to produce detailed construction drawings independently, and a thorough understanding of UK planning policy and listed building consent. 

Experience across all RIBA Work Stages is essential, along with excellent AutoCAD proficiency and client-facing skills.
