Senior Architect - Revit prime residential
£50,000 - £65,000
SW London
Our client has been commissioned to design and deliver a series of high-end new-build houses in a prestigious countryside location. These properties will range from 9,000 – 12,000 sq. ft., representing a landmark project for the practice over the next few years. This is a Revit-based project and requires an architect with strong Revit/BIM expertise, particularly from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, who can effectively manage BIM models and oversee coordination.
As Project Leader, you will work closely with a highly approachable Director and a small team of architects, taking responsibility for design delivery, technical coordination, and project leadership.
Key Requirements:
The broad salary range is to ensure they build the right team as they will likely require two new additions to the team.
