Do you have experience in the residential mixed-use sector, working on medium to large-scale developments? Are you currently a Senior Architect looking to progress into an Associate role?

We are partnering with a mid-sized high quality architecture practice in central London, specialising in medium and large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Due to an influx of projects reaching site, they are expanding their team and seeking talented Architects who can manage projects at later RIBA stages.

Key qualities they are looking for include:

• Proven construction experience
• Strong multi-unit residential expertise
• Revit proficiency, with BIM Level 2 being advantageous
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
• Excellent communication skills 
• Hands-on revit ability, particularly to assist at RIBA stages 4 & 5
• Experience of coordinating with consultants and contractors 
• Site experience 
• Capable of leading an internal team of 4-5 people 

As a collaborative practice, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of project stages within the office, although the current focus is on delivery. This role could be of particular interest to those currently in a Senior Architect position seeking an opportunity to grow into an Associate role. Whether this progression is immediate or over time, our client is actively looking for individuals who are eager to take on more responsibilities as the practice expands.

This company operates a hybrid model with four days in the office and one day remote. They also offer flexible start and finish times to accommodate childcare drop-offs and pick-ups.
