Sketch Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing client in South West London, one of the capital’s most respected design-led studios, renowned for delivering exceptional high-end residential and commercial projects across the UK and internationally. With a talented team of around 20, the studio is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Architect to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced designer with a strong high-end design background, a standout portfolio and the confidence to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively. You will lead projects from design through to completion, managing clients, consultants, suppliers and external teams, while supporting and guiding less experienced designers.

A strong Interior Architecture background is essential, alongside experience working closely with Interior Design and FF&E teams. You will combine excellent design and technical skills with a hands-on approach, producing high-quality drawings and documentation while overseeing others.

With 6–10 significant projects running at any one time, the studio requires someone who is organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or a comparable 3D package, InDesign and Photoshop is expected, alongside excellent presentation and communication skills.

Above all, the studio is looking for someone with exceptional design judgement, confidence balanced with humility, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

A standout portfolio and eligibility to work in the UK are essential. Certain aspects of the role can be taught, so candidates with an exceptional design aesthetic, strong organisational skills, critical thinking and a genuine willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
