We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage projects across our clients luxury portfolio alongside the directors. The ideal candidate will have a refined aesthetic sensibility, a strong FF&E background, outstanding
technical skills and a proven ability to deliver high-end interiors from concept to completion. They will also have a strength in interior architecture and good experience of FF&E. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is detail-oriented, possesses the design skills to conceptualise their ideas and the leadership skills to guide a talented team. Experience in high-end residential is essential.
  
 
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the development of compelling design concepts, mood boards, and presentations tailored to client needs, while managing multiple projects from concept through to completion. You will act as a professional brand ambassador, building strong client relationships and presenting ideas with confidence. The role includes mentoring junior designers, collaborating with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, producing and overseeing detailed drawings and specifications, and sourcing high-quality materials, furniture, and finishes. You will also manage budgets and timelines, maintain supplier relationships, and conduct on-site visits to ensure design integrity and exceptional execution throughout.
 
Expectations  

 
  • Substantial experience within interior design, with significant experience in luxury residential; high-end hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Expert in space planning and concept development, managing projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; able to switch between design and project management aspects on multiple projects, both on- and off-site.
  • Experienced in producing detailed design packages, including construction drawings, schedules, specifications, costings, and value engineering.
  • Meticulous eye for detail in design, documentation, and execution.
  • Skilled in creating sketches, 3D renders, and visuals using SketchUp or similar software.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Experience liaising with architects, consultants, specialists, and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods.
