I am actively seeking a highly experienced Architect with a strong focus on the delivery of residential multi-unit projects. The role requires a candidate with extensive experience, excellent Revit capability, and solid façade experience, gained on mainstream multi-unit residential new-build schemes.

This is a hands-on delivery role, involving working directly in Revit while overseeing the production and delivery of work packages, supported by one to two assistants. The project is a new-build scheme of approximately 300 units, and the client is looking to move as soon as possible.

This is a studio-based position, with candidates required to work from the office. The client would consider a freelancer available almost immediately or someone between roles who would welcome a six-month contract.
