Studio Manager - part time
Farringdon
3 days a week
£30,000 - £45,000 pro rata
A lovely small Architecture practice based in Farringdon is looking for a Studio Manager to join them on a part-time basis.
The Studio Manager will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative, operational, and financial tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining the studio’s organisational structure and supporting the team in achieving the studio’s goals.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and creative setting.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, architecture, or a related field (preferred but not essential), and have a minimum of two years’ experience in office management, ideally within a design or creative environment. They should possess excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and familiarity with design-related software such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools is advantageous. Experience with Xero is important.

- Financial Support such as tracking expenses, invoicing, bookkeeping etc
- Human resources support
- Marketing and project leads support
- Interiors Support; procurement.
