About the Role

Associate (Project Leaders, Senior/Project Architects & Architectural Technologists)
Central London
£45,000 - £85,000 +

We’re working with a well-regarded, people-first architecture practice based in Central London, currently entering a significant phase of growth. Known for its strong reputation across the UK, Europe and further afield, the studio enjoys a consistent pipeline of high-quality projects and is now growing its team to support ongoing success.

Roles

They are looking for Architects and Architectural Technologists at a range of levels who are confident delivering projects through the RIBA stages (although they appreciate individuals may have a leaning towards front-end design or technical delivery).
Strong Revit skills are essential across all roles, however more senior positions will be less hands-on and focused on overseeing rather than day-to-day production, while still being willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team when needed to meet project demands and client deadlines.

Experience Required

Experience on medium to large-scale, complex schemes such as life sciences and data centres would be highly advantageous.
This is a strong opportunity for individuals who enjoy autonomy, take ownership of their work, and are ready to step up within a well-supported environment.

The Practice

The practice offers strong leadership, a collaborative network across studios, and a structure that helps balance workload effectively. As the business continues to scale in line with ambitious growth plans, there is genuine scope for both professional development and financial progression.
This is a key moment to join and help shape the future of the London studio. Clear targets are in place, with opportunities to move into more senior positions as the team expands.
The studio is led by an approachable owner and Head of London who place real emphasis on staff wellbeing, ambition, and reward, including social incentives and overseas trips to celebrate successes.

The working model is four days in the office with one day remote, alongside flexible hours to support family commitments such as school drop-offs and pick-ups.

For those who feel capped in their current role or facing slow progression, this represents a clear and credible next step. Alternatively, you may simply be seeking a fresh challenge with long-term stability and genuine opportunities for growth.
