We are partnering with a well-respected, central London architecture and design studio with more than thirty years of industry experience, as they seek to appoint a skilled Interior Designer with a strong background in commercial and mixed-use schemes.
The practice works with prominent clients and has delivered a diverse range of complex, high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including contemporary new-build developments and carefully considered refurbishments of listed properties.
They are looking for a designer with solid post-qualification experience, a strong creative vision, and sound technical capability. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team on a variety of significant large- and medium-scale commercial projects across central London.
Alongside excellent design flair and presentation ability, proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering workplace design concepts.
• Strong design and detailing capabilities, with the confidence to communicate and present ideas clearly to senior colleagues and clients.
• Proficient in BIM and 3D modelling, with hands-on experience using Revit, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Comfortable coordinating and collaborating with external consultants and the wider project team.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E specification, with a proactive approach to researching and sourcing new products.
• Experience producing drawing packages across all project stages, with a sound grasp of technical detailing.
• Up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to tight deadlines.
• Strong awareness of current and emerging trends within the commercial office sector.
• A collaborative mindset, bringing energy, positivity and a strong team ethic
