An established, medium-sized architecture and design studio is seeking a Project/Senior Architect to join their collaborative team. Working with high-net-worth clients on UK and international private residential projects, the studio is known for its supportive culture, clear promotion paths, and staff who quickly become close colleagues and friends. The Project:

• Coastal property in the South of France – extending one floor, full interior refurbishment, and landscape redesign.
• Fast-paced, high-profile project starting construction in September.
• Lead all phases: developed design, technical design, and construction.
• Regular site visits, including international travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate all project teams.
• Produce detailed CAD drawings (AutoCAD essential).
• Ensure designs meet technical, aesthetic, and functional standards.
• Collaborate closely with interior architects and IA leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on high-end residential projects.
• Strong project management and technical drawing skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• French language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
