It is essential that you have experience within the high-end residential sector on London-based projects, as well as the ability to travel into London each week. The office day will vary from week to week, so it is important that you are based nearby and can be adaptable with your schedule.

We are working with a small architecture practice that was established in 2024 and operates within the high-end private residential sector. Since launching the studio in mid-2024, the practice has seen a steady influx of projects, with further schemes now progressing across London.
The company is led by a very friendly and approachable Director and currently consists of a team of four. With a growing pipeline of work, they are now looking to add an additional member to the office.

- Proven and significant experience working in high-end residential
- Demonstratable creative flare, ability to self manage and work under pressure.
- Technical knowledge of UK building regulations, ability to draw technically, and with interest in sustainable architecture and detailing.
- Articulate, team player, and ability to manage clients and consultant teams.
- Ability to mentor junior members of staff.
- Fluency with Autocad, SketchUp 3D and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
